Interested students can apply to the annual LMSA-NE Scholarships, to be decided during the combined National and Regional Conference in February 2012.
Honors are offered in the following categories:
- 15th Annual Dr. Helen Rodriguez-Trias Chapter of the Year Award
- 15th Annual Dr. J. Emilio Carrillo Award for Excellence in Research
- 15th Annual Dr. Jaime H. Rivera-Velez Award for Outstanding Community Service
- Women's Health Advocacy Award
